Crunching My Bunions

These shoes are so short and tight! My regular size is 9.5W. So, I ordered a 10M. Yet, the shoes are too short. Also, my bunions feel like they are being crushed. And, the pointy toe makes my feet look even longer than they are. I can't wear these shoes for even 30 seconds without being in pain.
