I bought two of these chairs. One has a seat longer then the other. I am not happy because the chair moves back on the rug each time I sit in it. It does not stay stationary. Otherwise, it is good for the price. I paid full price before the sale price. It is worth the money.
Broken in seven months
The frame slipped below the reclining mechanism, making it incredibly lopsided and unable to shut. Am now having to deal with customer service, warranties, replacement, and repair. For as much as I paid for it, this should not have happened. Otherwise a comfortable piece of furniture.

The two recliners arrived today. They are perfect - even in our small den. We are very pleased with the color, the double features (rocker and recliner), and the delivery. The people I dealt with were soooo helpful and pleasant. Thank you, Macy's!
So comfortable!
We were looking for a chair that would be comfortable and include rocker & recliner features - this chair is the best! The swivel feature was an extra advantage that we didn't have previously, but makes life much easier! Sales person (Tedi) was extremely helpful and well informed - answered all my questions quickly. Set up prompt delivery & they arrived on time & were courteous & neat with the delivery. Wonderful experience with Macy's and the chair!
Excellent comfortable chair!
I really love this rocker swivel recliner, this is just a great comfortable chair! I would recommend this chair for comfort and the fill of the fabric is soft and very plush. I ordered two of them, that is how much i liked this chair. Most recliners are only a rocker, not a swivel. This is a major factor in my decision. The color is a beautiful sage, soft and rich.
I ordered this swivel rocker in the color sage for my husband for Christmas (2008). Nice quality, delivery was timely....he loves it, I love it..THANKS MACYS!!!!
