Poor Service

It is unbelievable. I worked with the on-line chat group twice prior to the expected delivery date and both assured me I would receive the item by 12/20. On 12/20 I went into my account and it said delayed. NO email was received to inform me. Today the item was canceled. AGAIN NO email was received. POOR service
