Not bad, but not the best either
Not a terrible pair of headphones, I've had them for a few months as my go to gym workout pair. I haven't dropped them or anything...however after going to the gym with them...the right ear piece has started having issues with muffled sound quality and will occasionally make a cracking noise like there's some internal damage. Like I said, never dropped them or have done anything difficult as I've worked out with them.

We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset. Take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed. If the issue still persists, please be advised that our product have a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance. https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact
No suitable for use during exercising or rain
They are NOT waterproof or weatherproof. Not suitable to wearing while exercising, if you sweat. Also not weatherproof, so can’t wear while you run even in light rain. Light rain/sweat constantly interferes with gesture buttons, so songs keep pausing/volume goes up and down and ruins my run. Only purchase if you’re using them for every day earphones, not ones for exercising. Also, when sweating the suction goes, so without the hook round your ear, they would fall out. When this happens, you can barely hear your music, especially when outside. And once they’re wet with sweat, they won’t go back into your ear, so either you put up with no being able to hear your music clearly, or you end up taking them out completely mid training session.

Do Not Buy
Horid controls and engineering. Have to re-pair every time I switch devices. Do not buy!!!!!!.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 does not support the multipoint connection feature, which allows you to easily switch between two devices. We recommend trying our earbuds that do have this feature like the JBL Tune Flex 2, Tune Beam 2, and Tune Buds 2 to ensure a seamless device switching experience.
Perfect for work
I bought these ear buds about a month ago and ive got to say they are great! They sound good they fit good and the dust and water proof capabilities are awesome I usually go through a few pairs of ear buds a month but these seem to be hanging tuff ive recommend these to all my coworkers and friends and family. Also I got the personalized and they turned out great!

I would avoid
They sound good, but developed a charging issue after a month and now 4 months in one ear bud won’t charge at all. I have really taken care of these, wiping them down after use, occasionally cleaning with rubbing alcohol etc. The quality must be really poor and so too is the customer service at JBL btw. Feel pretty ripped off tbh. My previous running headphones managed 3 years.

Battery sucks
After a few months, the battery that was suppose to last a long time cannot handle a few minutes. It's frustrating to spend so much money for a product that doesn't work.

Thanks for your feedback. It is possible that the battery is losing its capacity. However, it is also possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. For further assistance, please contact us.
Mistake
Not what I wanted. Really needed the ones that do not insert to your ear
