No bueno.

Overpriced. Worst earbuds i ever purchased. Very disappointed was looking forward to enjoying them since JBL bluetooth speakers are awesome. Earbuds sound quality and comfort is extremely poor.

It’s okay

I think they’re good in-ear headphones but they aren’t as noise cancellation as I would like. I feel like they are to heavy and sometimes come out of ear or won’t hold in. I definitely hear more ambient sound even when the sound control is off for that… would I buy a different color, probably not but I bought mine half off because they were refurbished, I enjoy JBL products but this one is just okay

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please choose the best eartip for your ear and create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. JBL ear buds

I have had my ear buds now for around a month and so far i am happy with them. I have not tested the water proof part of them yet, but they have been sweaty with no issues. It would be nice to have multi point bluetooth connection on them as gets annoying when i have to turn one device off to connect to the other. They are comfortable and sit nicely on my ear, i do think i need try the next size bud up as i feel like i lose the bass response when moving. As you can have different features active on the ear buds which is good, but this would be even better if it was all able to stay on without having to decide which features you want each ear bud to do. Overall for the price and the usability i think these are a good buy.

The Voice quality deteriorate

These are horrible earphones. In the beginning, they worked really well, but after 6 months or so, the voice quality started to deteriorate. I felt there was something wrong with my hearing, the way I put them on, the ear tips were wrong, essentially faulting myself as a user at fault. After much patience and reading reviews at several other sites, I have realised that the loss of voice if the common problem. The battery life is amazing. For the price of the product, I don't think you get the quality and life out of them.

Not bad, but not the best either

Not a terrible pair of headphones, I've had them for a few months as my go to gym workout pair. I haven't dropped them or anything...however after going to the gym with them...the right ear piece has started having issues with muffled sound quality and will occasionally make a cracking noise like there's some internal damage. Like I said, never dropped them or have done anything difficult as I've worked out with them.

We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset. Take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed. If the issue still persists, please be advised that our product have a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
