Good, but not Great
I bought these headphones about a year ago, and sadly they have completely fallen apart. For some info I don’t travel with them, they stay in a computer room and are treated well. The issue is they have weak points where the ear cup connects to the headband (just some thin plastic). Both of mine have broken, and are held together with tape untill I can get a new set. Now the sound on these headphones are great! The fact I can swap the audio priority between in game and chat is wonderful. The only downside is with the volume control positioning I found it easy to turn off my volume because my shoulder brushed against it. Good product. Not the strongest design.

Good sound but get uncomfortable as they seem a bit small, especially the ear cups. I wish they could be rotated. They also make annoying squeek sounds from the plastic when i chew food while wearing. Have bought a different set now after 6 months.

bought this p recently and its only an ok headset. the sound quality is ok but it lacks bass, mic is mediocre. the mic sounds kinda tinny. the headset is however pretty comfortable although it feels cheaply built especially around the area where the earcups pivot. tbh you could get a better headset with this price. i must also mention that the mic picks up audio even when the mic boom is up ("mute").

Good as headphones, Bad as a headset.
Bought these headphones only a few days ago, as my brother got the JBL Quantum 400s, but I needed something cheaper, that was still compatible with my system. I saw how good quality my brother's were, so decided to go with the same brand, as I expected the quality to still be high. As soon as I plugged these in they didn't work. I mainly want to use them for speaking with friends via discord, or using voice chat, however the headset has a lot of echo, and also repeats game audio through the headset, and it's incredibly difficult to communicate with my friends. Other than the very large drawback, they work fantastically as a pair of comfortable headphones, with very good material arounds the cups, as when I put them on, I can hardly even hear the outside world. Another issue I had is with the connecter, it barely fits in the PC adapter, and constantly wiggles and causes loud noises in my ears, and to the people I'm, playing with. TLDR: Good as headphones, terrible as a headset, with faulty connector.

4 years agoGreat Sound! Not Durable!
I have these headsets for a year now and I finally have to retired them today. What separate brands like JBL or other companies that specializes in audio hardware compared to gaming headset is that these companies makes great sounding headphones. These quantum 200 has better sound quality and better bass than all of the high end gaming headsets that I had over the years. The sound quality on these headphones are so good that you can game, watch movies and listen to music with clarity. Now this is where these headphones needs to improve. The mic quality is not the greatest. There are moments where I am gaming with friends and at times they will tell me they have a hard time hearing me or my mic sound is too low. Next thing these headphones can improve and this is the main reason why I have to retire them it's the durability. The plastic on these headphones are fragile. I accidently drop the headphones for the first time and the adjustable part on the right side snapped leaving the right ear cups hanging loose from the headband. Also the sound on the right side is now dead too. Overall these headphones have great sound quality, but handle them with care because they might break. In conclusion I don't mind buying these again.

Excelent product all round
While I am not a heavy gamer or someone who needs headphones all the time, I do enjoy a comfortable pair when I am online with my friends. These head phones fill that role nicely and were a reasonable price. In saying that I do not have many other headsets to compare this product against since this kind of product isn't something I need or buy frequently but from the other brands that I have tried or used in the past, these are definitely in my top 2.

¡WHY DOES IT DO NOT CONNECT MY LAPTOP!
I try and try to connect it and only few times it connect then I need to wait forever to it connect again and HOW I CONNECT THE MICROPHONE!

Thanks for your feedback. Please ensure that only one voice chat application is active while in-game. Make sure you hear a click when the microphone is flipped down; it will only function when fully flipped down. If you see a red LED on the microphone, it indicates that it is muted. Next, check your laptop's settings. Go to Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, then click Sound. Under Recording, select JBL Quantum 200. Right-click on it and choose "Set as Default Device" or "Set as Default Communication Device." You can adjust the microphone levels by right-clicking on your Quantum headset and selecting "Properties." If you need further assistance, please contact us.
