One small problem
I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the the fact that the earbuds cut of randomly for a few seconds when I listen to music. It’s like a quick interference but an annoying one nonetheless. Other than that, I love the sound quality, bass and comfortability.

Favorite ear buds
I live the sound quality and noise cancelation. These fit my ears so well, I typically have issues with the rubber pieces, the battery lasts for days and charges quickly.

Price was on sale but the Quality was not
I bought these headphones about a month ago. It only took a couple days to ship to me and the package was wrapped and secured properly. Upon opening the box I was super surprised about how chic they looked! The most important part was the quality of sound they produce. The free app allowed for personal customization of the settings unique to my ears. I haven't regretted for one second purchasing these ear buds.

6 months agoGreat features
I bought ear buds about a month ago and I absolutely love it. I take to work everyday and last week I did overtime and they still charge was great. I have many JBL speakers and 1 of them is almost 5 years old and still works great

Great quality & features - low battery life
Been using these for a little over a month now and I absolutely love them on my phone (via bluetooth) and my PC (via dongle.) Talkthru is easy enough to access and its been helpful when people try to get my attention. I really enjoy being able to tap an earbud three times to swap between phone and PC too. Only issue is that the batteries seems to run out quickly. I get low battery warnings after about 3 hours of use with no ambient sound features on, Talkthru, ANC and Ambient Aware reduce this to less than a hour if I leave them on. The charge fairly quickly in the case, but after 3 charges the case needs to be charged. That's less than 3 hours totaly playtime if I use ANC or Ambient Aware, but I still find it a minor gripe; despite me going on over length about it.

Great for what I need
I bought these on sale. The USB dongle is great for PS5 and other consoles. Sound quality is good, the EQ in the app helps make it better. Only real con for me was the battery life, but you can throw them in the case and have more charge quickly. All around, JBL always puts out a great product. 4/5

Can’t hold a charge!
Good at first, but don’t waste your time or money. Not even 2 years later and my earbuds are totally crapping out! Won’t hold a charge.. take them out of the case (& yes, they’re clean) and within half hour less than 50% and then one esr totally dying.

Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Quantum TWS. The published up-to-playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity.
