DO NOT BUY

DO NOT ORDER. I received these for my birthday December 2024. By May 2025 the left ear bud wouldn’t charge. Went through the hassle it was to get a replacement and here I am again, in October 2025 because neither ear bud will charge. They also constantly connect to my phone even while in the charging case (closed) which drains the battery so when I go to use them when I need them, they’re dead. I train several days a week and need a reliable pair of headphones and these are NOT IT. 0/10 recommend.

Suits my needs

Entirely suits my needs. Good sound, comfortable on ears. Able to hear just enough of the outside world to feel alert to things. I've got small ears and wear glasses so find the arms of my glasses have to sit on top.of the headphone hooks.

A million stars

We bought these for my husband for Father's Day. He works construction and is able to listen tousic during the day. The ones that go in his ears hurt after a while. He loves these and says the sound quality is amazing! Very happy with every step from the ordering to delivery to spot on product. JBL is all we ever buy and don't have any reason to stop now.

Can't go wrong JBL products. ♡

I bought this product to use at work. (Limousine, charter buses, etc...) I am very pleased. I have a high regard for JBL products and this did not disappoint User friendly. Quality sound. And nothing stuck in my ear distorting the sounds that I need to hear. Way to go once again JBL!.

Poor app! missed opportunity!

Bought them while back for 150 dollars!they are more like 50 dollar headphones !their app is very poor and basic!while running in winter with hoodie soon as hoodie touches the headphones it beeps and there is no way stopping it even if you choose none from gestures on app or summer if you swear while walking or outside doing yard work !it should have a lock button on app !and yet they didnt somehow think of that!at this price point most other headphones when you take them off and they go to sleep !on this is i believe minimum setting is 30 min!so when you take them off you need to store them in case right away other wise not sure how you really turn them off!overal ok sound quality very poorly designed app !
