One of the best out there

Using it for few weeks now. Pros + sound quality + mic quality + connect case to 3.5 jack and see movies is nice cons - smart charging case cant stand upright in a table - smart charging case touch needs hard touch to respond - max volume can be improved a bit more

Not So Great

Have had these about a month. I’m used to the PowerBeats Pro series product. The JBL are way more comfortable to wear. That is it. They inferior in every other way. 2/10 do not recommend and they have short battery life.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tour Pro 3 TWS has up to 11 hours of battery life with ANC off and has up to 8 hours of battery life with ANC on. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Coming from my JBL fan, you gotta do better

My favorite brand JBL great sound quality bad microphone quality the headphones make a beeping noise, put back in the case, as in the Find My feature very annoying. The headphone does not disconnect sometimes when put back in the case, causing audio to still be played in the headphones despite being in the case even the review website is buggy the cursor goes all over the place first pair I bought have charging issues. These are the second one. Disclaimer I did drop it once or twice from waste height I hope all these issues get fixed in the next version very unimpressed

JBL Pro3 rules the day!

Read a review by Aussies stating the Pro 3s outscored the B&W, Senn & Sony the last 2 I own. I have dozens of JBL headphones and earbuds and a JBL PA system (where would rock & roll be without JBL in the 60)? Pro3 do not get enough credit; with their dual drivers and hi-rez codecs these are now my favorite buds

They lasted a washing machine

I bought this a year ago. They have lasted so well! I left them in my pocket one time and ran the washing machine with them and they still worked great!

Added. Features but Weak Battery

Tour Pro 3's are my 3rd JBL earbud purchase. The smart case is what truly places these ear buds in another class. I use these for several hours daily. My sole complaint is that battery performance is nowhere near stated specs. When set to Ambient Aware" the best battery performance is around 3.5 to 4-hours (playlist of approximately 30-songs). Recharge is fast when returned to case, but I would appreciate 6-8 hours of play time.

good

i brought these less thana month ago. i have returned them already. the sound quality is amazing. the battery life is no good die very quickly. but what i found odd and i didnt know how to change was when i had music playing if i made a sound the music would cut off and it woud stop until i stop making noise. so if i was sing the song it would cut off the music. idk how to change the setting. very nice overall but maybe a bit to complicated for me.

Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you had a tough time using our JBL Tour Pro 3. Typically, these earbuds offer a maximum playtime of 8 to 11 hours when fully charged. The battery should last more than 60% of that, which is about 5 to 6 hours. One helpful feature is "Smart Talk," which automatically switches to TalkThru mode when you speak, lowering the music and activating the microphone so you can hear your surroundings. You can also disable this feature through the JBL Headphones App.
