Item never arrived, location of package nightmare!

Item never arrived and no communication from thrid party seller. Ups cant track the package because it was sent through mail innovations. Which is a company that delivers ups packages but is not ups. Also this item is sold through a third party seller not sold directly from Macy's making the tracking or refunding process another nightmare to deal with. Very frustrating and discouraging especially since this was one of my first times ordering anything ever from Macy's.

Items were not delivered by UPS

Did not receive the items ordered. I ordered two of this product for Kris Kringle gifts. Reported this to Macy’s. This is now under investigation and no response has been received from the supplier, to date. Response per Macy’s was expected Dec.24th. Help!

Eh… invest in better

Pretty basic. Nothing special about them vs Sony or a cheap target pair of HP. Glad I got them on sale… full price if return them.

Saved my life

Excellent bass, superb battery, life savers. I was wearing a pair of these when i was ran over by a speeding motorcycle during heavy rain. My head ricocheted on the asphalt and was fortunately cushioned by these earphones. These barely got scratched, fell under pouring rain and still function perfectly to this day, in fact, they kept playing music all throughout the accident. Speaks volumes about the durability and quality of the manufacturing. Had to drop by to leave a thanks to JBL! Hahahah

Pretty bad experience

I bought these headphones a while ago. I'm a mechanic and I wear them around the shop and to help block sound a little bit. But to be honest, I'm really really really disappointed in these headphones. I do understand these are more affordable and budget-friendly headphones and JBL makes good products. But honestly these have been some of the worst headphones I've ever had. They barely have the ability to stay on your head. I cannot wear these and take a sip of a bottle of water without them Just sliding right off whether I'm looking down or any other simple movement. These headphones don't seem to have the ability to actually stay on my head. It has become very frustrating to try to use these. I still continue to use them on a daily basis. But if you have the money buy something a little better than these, I apologize. JBL but these headphones are not good. Besides that, love your products
