Ok, but not great
Couldn’t find a way to increase volume on headphones and when I looked it up (Tap, hold) it didn’t work. The earphones do not stay in my ear. I’ve tried the small medium and large, the medium fit the best but will fall out when I am doing simple tasks like putting laundry in basket from dryer. Sound quality is good, mic works well

Incredibly Frustrating
Every time I take ear buds out, it's a guarantee a little voice announces a new mode I'm in. I change modes 3x per use without every meaning to. "Noise canceling" ... "ambient aware" ... "talk through" ... I just want to listen to music. Now, less than a year after purchase, theyre not recognizing when I put them in their pod so the battery drains. Sometimes I'll watch something in my phone and it picks up the signal while still in their pod. Incredibly frustrating to use. Bought these at an airport when I was in a jam and these experiences will go through my mind whenever I see another JBL product.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Whenever you take the earbuds out, you might be tapping the buttons unintentionally, which is why it keeps switching the features. You can turn off the tap buttons through the JBL Headphones app. Regarding the charging issue with the earbuds, we recommend cleaning the charging pins of both the earbuds and the case using a cotton swab and alcohol. No top, no instructions
First, it does not come with a lid/top. Super weird and I hope they don't fall out and I lose them. Second, the instructions have no words, only confusing pictures like in elementary so I still haven't figured out how to connect then to anything. The instruction book looks like it came from the movie Idiocracy. I kind of regret purchasing these.

Sound is okay for the price.
Sound is decent for the price. The charging case has no door on it. 1 week after purchasing one earbud is already lost

Love color & sound is amazing
Was unsure if I would like the JBL's, since I'm use to Apple products. So far, the JBL's have given me amazing sound quality & I love the color....

Not worth the hassle, uncomfortable
They don’t fit in my ears. Even for the lower price they’re seriously not worth it, I feel like I’m constantly adjusting them but they never fit right. And when I adjust them I accidentally pause my music/turn on or off noise cancelling/ call a random contact in my phone which can be soo awkward. Given that I’m constantly adjusting them, that’s happening all the time. If you take an earbud out and hold it while they’re connected it can also call a random contact in your phone.
