Wrong size shoe in the box

I ordered these and had them exchanged a few times and each time the wrong size is in the box. If you are a size 11us 45eur than get a size 12 and you're ok. Any bigger youre out of luck like me. Waiting on my next exchange hopefully will get corrected but on my 7th exchange.

This pair of shoes were sold online to me as women's shoes. I have several pair of women's jbi's and ordered my size accordingly. These are definitely men's. So if I return them I get to package them go to a delivery location, and then wait for my refund. I donated them. See me s a bit shady to lie in the offering them make a 76 year old non driver pay to return and wait for a refund. Very very disappointed.
