Buyer Beware Macy's No Longer Customer Friendly

These shoes are a bad fit. I wasn't sure if I needed a 9.5 or a 10. So I ordered the 10. Turns out they are too long. But the shoes are not cut the same. One is too tight across the foot and the other one gapes from being too wide. So I can't wear them even if I tried. But worse yet, I just found out Macy's changed their return policy last year. Turns out I only had 30 days to return. I also had 2 other pairs of shoes and a sweater I needed to return. Now I'm stuck with them all. I have not been shopping Macy's much and thought the return policy was still 90 days. There is a lot about Macy's that has changed that I'm not happy with. Mainly, the quality of their merchandise has gone down. Reviews on various merchandise across the board are poor reviews, usually about quality. But Macy's has changed too much. Selection in their stores has decreased. Clothing choices on line are cheap quality with bad reviews, and unattractive.

Sad to not have these!

These were so very pretty and would have been a good addition to my wardrobe. Sadly, my left toe touched the top of the shoe so I had to return them!

My favorite shoes!

I recently bought these shoes to be more comfortable at work and fit great. They are true to size and extremely comfortable. I usually wear size 6 and that’s the size I bought. Good fit.
