Bruises back of feet

The shoe isn't comfortable and I waited to long to wear and cannot return. The back of the shoe is very high and hard, rubs and bruises the back of my feet. Total waste of money. The shoes are very closed in as well and make feet very warm, not good to wear warmer climates.
