Great boots but customer service is lacking.

These boots looked really cute on, perfect rise, very comfortable except there was a flaw inside that rubbed on my heel. I returned them to the store and the agent barely acknowledged me. I was the only one in line and she proceeded to tear up boxes and go in the back room. She came out and didn't even look in the box to see what was in there. I HATE returning things to this store. I ended up going to D S W for the same boots .
