Had socks inside

I bought for my sister and she didn't even try them on because they had dirty socks inside. Sure you expect items to be returned but you also expect them to be checked once they're returned and sanitized inside (like bowling shoes or skates).

Would buy again

Love the boots, got to wear them as soon as they arrived. Size 8 fit like a glove....True to size The laces are much better than a zipper as you can ajust them for your calf. Very stylish. This customer is very pleased.
