Love the watch!
The watch is great. I love it. The only things wrong is important for sure. The watch arrived with a dead battery. So had to take it to get replaced before I even got to wear it.

Horrible Product!!!
Scroll left on this watch. This is the 4th purchase of this watch however it's the first purchase from Macy's, it's the same story each time. I was excited to receive my watch...it worked for three days and it stopped. I returned it to the store for an exchange, received it and it was DEAD ON ARRIVAL!! I'm returning it for a refund no more exchanges!!! Why can't JBW get this timepiece to work?! FYI the first three watches purchased from another vendor all were dead on arrival. I give up on this watch, it's not worth the money, time, or effort spent attempting to buy this worthless watch that's dead when you receive it.

Great Watch
Just as advertised. Watch really shines. I have a smaller wrist so I was worried about the big faceplate but ended up looking great anyway. Craftsmanship is on point. Would recommend. I actually bought 2 of them. I have about 7 JBW watches and all of them have been great.
