WORST PURCHASE

I ordered this watch from Macy’s on 11-28. I received the watch on 12-7. When I received the watch, the hands were not moving. I took the watch to my local Macy’s store in Belden Village and they told me I had to pay to take the watch to a jewelry store not affiliated with Macy’s in the mall and pay for a new battery. I took the watch to the watch store in the mall and the worker said the battery is fine and the watch itself is faulty and a “dead watch.” I called Macy’s customer service since the workers at my local Macy’s were so unbelievably rude. The Macy’s customer service worker told me she could process a reshipment for the watch. The watch is no longer in stock so I cannot even have this issue resolved. So unbelievably disappointed with this product, the customer service of Macy’s and the terrible quality products they provide. Do not recommend this product, this vendor, or Macy’s in general. I will continue to fight for a resolution.
