Customer service

Maybe Macys doesn’t care about the quality of the products they send out but I care about the quantity of the gifts I gave. The bottle was damaged and bent, I called customer service to ask for help the girl was rude unprofessional and unhelpful. Now I know why people don’t like to shop at Macys much anymore. Do better with the people you hire to represent your business.
