Would be better as an A-Line cut
This was more of a flare skirt than an A-line, which doesn't work for my body type. Also, as others have mentioned, it is very short. I'm 5'4", and it hit me a couple of inches above the knee. At least if it were A-line, I could wear with leggings, but as a flare dress, it just looked too short. It's too bad because I do like the knit, which feels substantial and like it would not pull as easily as some knits. I also like the V neck. Too many sweater dresses are high necks--crew, turtle or cowl. I get it--it's winter, but I really like my V necks! Too bad. it's going back.

I echo another reviewer who said this was short. I thought where it was more A-line than fit and flare that it would flatter; but I was wrong. I'm a curvy girl and it did me no justice. Back it goes.
Is it a tunic or a dress???
I have several Jessica Howard dresses that I've bought over the years. Not sure what happened here. I bought a Petite XL which is my usual size. I am 5'2 1/2" tall and about 165 pounds and the length on the petite is usually perfect. I took this out of the packaging and noticed that it is very short. As in it comes to mid thigh!! I was in a hurry to get to work and couldn't change but I had to pull this silly dress down all day. The fit over my hips and 36 DD chest was perfect but the length was so way off. I was so disappointed.
My new favorite dress!
I bought this in the dark green and it is perfect. If you are pear-shaped it is very figure flattering. I'm 5'3", 140 lbs, a size bigger below the waist and I bought the small. It looks terrific with tights and boots and is very comfortable, while still being appropriate for the office. Love, love, love this dress!
Perfect for short people
Great dress. Love the way it fits.It is comfortable and can be worn as a church dress or dress it up with jewlery or a scarf. Maybe even a narrow belt. would be nice to wearr to a concert too.
Best fitting sweater dress I've found
Sweater dresses usually cling to me - which is why I typically don't wear them, even though I like the idea of being warm in a dress. So I thought I would give this one a try and it fits - no weird clinging, no weird shaping when washed, flares out in a complimentary way for curvy shapes. I just wish it came in more colors!

There is a small stain in the front of the dress . What to do ??
