Frustrated

I received this dress and it is beautiful! My problem is that the dress that was shipped to me had obviously been worn and returned. It had snags and smelled like perfume. I can't believe that people do that. I'm glad that I have time to get another dress before my event. Cloths that have been worn (not just tied on) should not be able to be resold as new.
