Size up for best fit

The style and color of the dress were perfect for my needs, but it ran small and was too tight so I had to return it. Unfortunately, I can't find the dress online again to order the next size up (it was on sale).

Like it but...

This is the second time I have purchased this dress because the first one had two snags in the fabric. Unfortunately this dress also has a snag in it. Im so bummed because I love the dress & how it fits & want to wear it to a wedding.
