No call, no show.

I did not get my dress. Ordered it in plenty of time for a pickup at the First Colony store. Ordered it on the 6th for Valentine's Day, which is also my anniversary and was told I could pick it up on Tuesday, the 10th. That was a lie. I called on Thursday, the 12th, to find out if they had forgotten to email me that my dress was ready for pickup. That's when I found out that not only did they not have it, I wasn't going to get it in time. Macy's made me scramble to find something else to wear for this special occasion. I counted on them. Lesson learned.

I'm returning the dress. I didn't even try it on. It arrived in a wrinkled heap, and the heaviness of the belt overwhelmed the material. Perhaps if I tried it on, I'd have liked it, but nothing about the dress, the fabric in particular, appealed to me.
