Jessica Howard blue dress

The quality of this Jessica Howard dress disappointing. Thin, flimsy material, no lining. Hangs baggy at waistline, does not show my shape at waist unlike the model shown. Maybe the photos made tucks in the back to show a waist figure. I returned it.
