1950's Vintage Elegance

This dress reminds me of Audrey Hepburn and the elegance of movie stars in the 1950's. The bow detail and back neckline are both so pretty. The only problem is the dress runs really small. I usually wear 8 petite, including in Jessica Howard's dresses. This size is more like a 4 or 6 petite. The size chart on the website also doesn't give petite sizes, so it is hard to know what to order.
