Stunning 😍

The fabric has a little stretch to it so it hugs in the right place. Flatters the figure and feels soft to the skin. I'm 5ft 5in and a 3inch heel wouldn't need a hem. The color blue is a little off from the picture but it's a pretty color blue nevertheless.
