Sizing is incorrect

As another reviewer stated, I also ordered these is a size 1 and what was shipped to my house was a size 10. There is something wrong in the system. The color is also darker than appears in photos.

I ordered on line a pair of Jessica Simpson boots for my granddaughter size 1. I received an email saying size 1 was ordered then I was notified that the boots could be picked up at my Macy’s store. I drove to the store to find that the boots they sent were not the size I ordered. Way too small! And of course these boots were no longer available. Five days before Christmas I was very disappointed
