Wrong slippers

I did not receive the slippers I ordered and will be returning what I received for a FULL refund including the $10 extra I paid for "premium shipping" which still took 5 days to get here!

Poor Delivery Service

When ordered it was suppose to arrive before Christmas. Now it says will be delivered by Jan. 2, 2026. If you can't deliver before Christmas then don't promise it will arrive before Christmas Day. 2nd time they have done this to me. Next year will shop elsewhere.

Horrible

They shed. EVERYWHERE. No way to stop it unless I just stop wearing them. Tried to return them but because the tags were removed Macy’s wouldn’t accept them. Stay away from these slippers. They are awful.

pink fluff everywhere!

I was so happy when my husband ordered these for me! I love the color, and they were so fluffy! Well, that didn't last long! These slippers shed very bad! I mean trails of pink fluff everywhere I go! stuck to the carpet, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, literally EVERYWHERE! And to make matters worse, they got really flat and worn out within 3 weeks! Jessica Simpsons brand has really fallen off! I do not recommend!
