Wrong item sent

I paid for two day delivery just to receive Nine West pink heels. When I ordered the gold Jessica Simpson heels. My two day shipping amount that I paid should be refunded as well. They ruined everything for me. I had an event to attend. To the people that work in the warehouse, check the boxes before sending things out or label it correctly.

Beware!

Love the look but the strap across the toes is set too low leaving little room to fit comfortably Very Uncomfortable!
