Showstoppers!!!

I got these in black with the turquoise stones. They are beautiful! The calf part runs a little wide but my calves are a bit skinny to begin with! I am a solid 8 but got these in a 7 1/2 and I am glad I did! Perfect fit and I like the fact they have a “pre-worn” look on the toe and heels so when I wore them to the rodeo the first time, I looked like a true cowgirl!!!

Designed Far To Wide

The problem with the boot is when you look at yourself straight on, where the zipper starts, the calf bows outward significantly and bunches. Not even wearing them over pants would have helped. From the ankle to the top, the boot is incredibly wide. This is the poorest design from JS I have ever seen in any of her boots! If you have normal calves or are even slightly wide calves it will not look good on you. If you have cankles or are huge they might fit you. I had to write a review with how disappointing this boot is especially when there's two 5 star reviews and I don't see how because the boot is not pleasing to the eye straight on and even to the side the opening looks far to wide for the leg. The boot itself is beautiful, had no damage, and was wrapped great.

Boots

Great Style The footbed is large once you get past the instep. I had to put a pad in the front of the boot so my foot would not try to slide forward against the instep. I ordered a 9 and wonder if an 8 1/2would have worked. Love these boots. Would love to see them in turquoise and maybe purple. Great style!!
