unresponsive seller

Ordered item first week of December and says shipped. Dec 27th and still no item. Tried contacting seller Sally Rose twice for update. No response. Products look nice but have not received and a hassle with Macys because items not shipped through them.

These are pretty, but the metal isn't yellow, it's silver. Otherwise they're fine, but the picture is misleading.
