great shoes

These shoes were a great hit. They were extremely comfortable. I was very happy.

disappointing

This is a very pretty flat for any formal event. It is true to size but very uncomfortable. I ended up putting my heels back on after about an hour of wearing them due to how uncomfortable they were ;( the other issue is that the crystals feel apart within the hour wear. This is very upsetting considering the price and the fact that you would need to have them professionally repaired.

Expensive and beautiful shoe, but poor quality. The gems on the shoe literally fell off while trying on the shoe. I would not recommend these shoes unless you plan on leaving them in a display case.

wrong color

Very disappointed that the wrong color shoe was delivered. Now I won’t be able to get the shoe I wanted for an upcoming wedding. Very disappointed in Macys.

Not durable

I loved this shoe but the jeweled strip on the toe piece starting falling off after 1 wear. Now I need to pay more to bring it to a cobbler.
