Never received

I Order this doll for Christmas in Oct. I never received the package got it got lost in Orlando and this doll is out of stock. I’m so disappointed.

incredible quality!

The hair on this doll is amazing! soft, smooth. You can tell so much thought went into every detail. My 5-year-old grand daughter takes her everywhere, and she is so well loved after all the hugs, trips, and playdates.
