Zero Stars

I was excited about getting this piece. I collect Nativity sets and I am a big fan of Charlie Brown/Peanuts. I received the first one and Lucy's head was off and Charlie Brown was missing an arm. I returned and ordered another one on November (the same day I returned the first one) I still have not gotten. I called CS and the sent out another one and still waiting on the 3rd one. Maybe, I am not supposed to get this one. Very disappointing about this whole situation.
