Received Broken

Come on Macys, pack your boxes better!! I was so excited to get this Jim Shore at half off. It was going to be a gift for my daughter. Macys used a little bit of brown paper in a big box then tossed in the Jim Shore box. Jim Shore box was tore open on the end and the figurine is rattling around in a million pieces. Of course, the item is no longer available. So thanks for nothing!
