Product unusable!!

I am a longtime user of this product - in fact I bought 3 of them. Each and every one was BAD. The solid roll-on was a liquid in all 3 containers!

Received timely, however, when I opened box and opened top off of deodorant, it was only half filled. Look like it had melted. Returning to my local Macys!!!

Made like crap'

The bottom broke off. This is the second time this happened with this product. This is crazy and expensive. Now when I try to take it back to Macy's they will say its used!
