Macy’s sent my package via DoorDash

The package was sent via DoorDash and apparently the driver dropped it off at the front of a gated community where there are 300 houses inside and people walk in and out all day. I am very upset since the package never made it to my address. I need a refund ASAP. This is unacceptable.
