Too Tight!

I wear a size PL, and ordered this size for the JM printed poncho top. I wanted to wear it for a Cinco de Mayo party we’re going to in May. The top of the poncho was almost too big & the bottom was so tight it didn’t fit over my hips—ridiculous construction! I’m very disappointed in this JM Collection top. I will keep it & slit up the sides so I can wear it, but will not buy anything similar again.
