Wrong item

Very disappointed they sent me a Wrong item. Because of the wrong item, the price tag is not the same as what I ordered. I first Requested online return and had instructions this can be returned to store. Went to Fashion island Newport Beach, Ca. Macys, had an issue that can’t be processed return because of the different tag. Customer service lady, Ms Joy was very helpful, she helped to call online customer service, but on the other side lady who doesn’t know what to do also with heavy accent that is difficult to communicate. At last, Joy helped to process return manually which saved me a trip and solved this Wrong item mistake issue. This is the 3rd time I got completely Wrong items from online order. The Macy’s Warehouse should have an accurate shipping process. Thank you Ms Joy in Customer Service Fashion Island Newport Beach, California. She had been patient, polite and helpful.

Went with the Petite Size

I bought two sizes - regular and petite. The petite is a wee bit smaller all over than the regular. Because the this is slightly a high-low top, the back tail is too long for me. The petite fit me better (5' 5"); the tail hits right in the middle vs lower on my back end.
