cheapest quality ever on Macys

I recently purchased this product online. At the time of purchase, order summary didn't say that this was a final sale product and item couldn't be returned. As online purchase, quality of material couldn't be judged. After the pant arrived, I found the pant fabric was the worst of a kind that Macy's could ever sale. When I contacted Macy's for return, I was informed about the return policy. I regret the purchase.
