Busy!

I want to love this top. Great rose and black pattern, length is good, don't mind the peasant neckline but it's SO BUSY! If the base fabric had been black this may have been a keeper, but with the 1) very bold fabric, 2) sequined bold, opposing design going down the front, and 3) the tie-neck peasant neckline it's just a bit too outrageous. Fabric is also a bit clingy. But I LOVE the sleeves. So fun and comfortable. Designers, it's okay not to put all your ideas into one top.
