This shirt's sleeves do not look like this photo.

These sleeves do not look like the picture in either the red or black versions. They have a side slit from shoulder to wrist. This long slit turns the shirt sleeveless as the fabric falls away from your arms whenever you do anything. I didn't want a sleeveless blouse with a black wristband so I am returning it.
