Never got the burnt amber cardigan

It says delivered but didn’t receive it. I checked mail box multiple times but no sign of the package. Please need a refund or replacement. I inquired at our apartment office too but no sign of it too

JM Collection Button-Sleeve Flyaway Cardigan

This sweater is lovely. I already have it in navy blue. But the one I ordered, Canyon Red, was not as the picture showed. The one pictured was a much darker red, more like burgundy. The one that came was a true red, pretty but not what I need. I had to return the sweater.
