JMCollections with button sleeve

I purchased 2 of these. 1 black and 1 red. Most comfortable I have had. I ordered and received a 3rd in Navy. It came from Store in Dallas, Tx. The sweater had been previously worn. Returned they attached a tag to it. The sleeves were stretched and it had a perfume odor that was so strong I could not breathe when I opened. I returned. It was not folded nicely either just basically stuffed in a bag wadded & shipped. I wrote a letter and asked for management to call me never heard. What a huge disappointment in Macys!!!!!!!!!!!!’ I will never feel comfortable in buying clothing from them again! !
