Lost Order

How can I review an item when I haven't received I am very upset the post office has somehow lost the item ( blouse) I ordered from you. I have been tracking the item, my order arrived in Sacramento on April 8th, then was shipped to Coppell, Texas. I sent an email to the post office inquiring about the tracking I saw online and my order being sent to Texas after arriving in Sacramento. I should have received my order on April 10 according to the post office. They answered my email with some stupid form letter with no explanation as to why my order was forwarded to Texas after arriving in Sacramento CA. Maybe you can find my order>

Love the shirt, had to exchange for one size up since it is cotton I didn't want it to shrink. Perfect spring to summer top.
