Have not received the top & pants

Haven't received this order, the promised date for delivery was 8/29/2025; however, it is already 9/5/2025 and haven't received this order. I am still waiting for 2 items on this order. I need a live person to talk to & it's all computerized on the phone and chatline, kept saying that the delivery date is 8/29/2025 and as I said it is already 9/5/2025 and the items have not been received.

two items ordered - two items not received

I have not receive this order as it is sitting at USPS as a result of unpaid postage. This is the tracking details: "Latest Update USPS has not received a postage payment for your item. As of July 1, 2025 at 11:27 pm, it is being held awaiting payment and cannot be processed. If the postage is received, the package will be delivered to the recipient; otherwise the package will be considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered." I have contacted Macy's a number of times since July 1. It is now 7.7.2025 and no results. Not the customer service you'd expect from Macy's. This purchase was made 6.29.2025...It's been over a week and no package that could be simply resolved by MACY'S paying the postage!
