not liking the return rules

I didn't like the way it fit and I tried to return the item but the girl at the return told me it was beyond the 30days. From the time I received it through the mail it had not been more than 30 days. So my question it when you go by 30days is it the day you purchased or the day you receive it in the mail.

Disapointment

This top is a beautiful color, but its FauxWrap style droops in the front and draws unwanted attention to my left breast. When I purchased it online, I didn't know it was a final sale, so I can't return it. I wish it fit correctly, but it doesn't.

Pretty but runs large

I wear large in almost all tops, however this blouse by JM Collection is too loose, both in bodice and the width of the arms. Can't return as it was final sale price.
