Soft material with an extra large neck area

The material on this top is easy to wear and very floaty, but the neck is a large boat line and shifted all night long. Also, the shirt runs large. They can’t be dressed up or down.

Lovely fancy top.

Love the top. Bought matching pants. Top can go with jeans or pants for fancy night out. Velvet sprinkled on the wrinkle top so soft and flows. Not heavy. Normally wear small and bought small
