Blouse return

This blouse had a very odd tie that was glitter, and very stiff. I tried to return it and they said since it was a “Last Act” sale item, I cannot return it. Wth? I tried to return it a few days after receiving it with an online order. Now Im stuck with a blouse I do not like and out the money! At least I expected a store credit? Do better Macys

Nice rhinestone lace

This top is pretty; it is a small. It looks well made. I did not find any loose threads. It washes well; I line dried it. I can wear it in the fall as well as in the winter. The rhinestone lace gives it a nice touch.
