I WOUNDN'T EXPECT THIS FROM MACYS

THE JO MALONE PRODUCT IS PROBABLY THE FINE COLOGNE IT ALWAYS WAS BUT IT WAS NOT SHIPPED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I ORDER IT FROM MACYS EVERY YEAR AS A MAJOR GIFT AND THIS YEAR IT ARRIVED IN A MACYS BOX STUFFED WITH BLACK TISSUE PAPER INSTERD OF THE ORIGINAL JO MALONE TYPE BOX IT NORMALLY ARRIVES IN. I AM DISAPPOINTED.

Didnt Receive Free Gift With Purchase

I ordered this cologne as a gift, came packaged nicely but there wasa free gift with purchase and I didnt receive it and am now being told there was no free gift. This was my reason behind buying this gift from Macy's vs another online outlet. Kind of dissapointing! I know it was free but still the gift was offered and not received.
